Nominaciones de la 37ª edición (2022) de los Independent Spirit Awards

Salvando las distancias, Zola, dirigida por Janicza Bravo y presentada en Sundance el año pasado, es la Titane del cine estadounidense de este año. Una propuesta supuestamente transgresora en lo visual cuyo envoltorio ejerce de basamento para contar una historia de emancipación femenina. Esta producción de A24 lidera las candidaturas de los Independent Spirit Awards, con siete menciones. Dentro del listado nos encontramos bonitas inclusiones, como son los casos de filmes como The Novice (ganador en Tribeca), Wild Indian (una de las obras más interesantes de Sundance 2021) y, sobre todo, A Chiara, de Jonas Carpignano, que se ha colado en la categoría principal. Una cinta que llegará a España en 2022 de la mano de BTeam Pictures.
