Nominaciones de la 24ª edición de los Premios del Cine Independiente Británico

La 24ª edición de los BIFA (British Independent Film Awards) ya tiene candidatos. Un listado encabezado por las propuestas Boiling Point –que compitió por el Globo de Cristal de Karlovy Vary y que distribuirá en España Filmin— y Belfast –la nueva película de Kenneth Branagh, diseñada para optar a premios mayores—, ambas con once menciones. Le siguen dos debuts: Aleem Khan (After Love) y Prano Bailey-Bond (Censor), con nueve.

El 19 de noviembre se darán a conocer los ganadores de las categorías técnicas. El 5 de diciembre se desvelarán las triunfadoras de esta entrega de los premios del cine indie británico en una gala que se celebrará en el Old Billingsgate de Londres.
